“Great staff and good breakfast. The bed/bedding is extremely comfortable however the water in the sink, bathtub and toilet of the bathroom leaks constantly due to poor maintenance so the floor is wet and slippery, which increases risk of falling.”

“Very convenient location but can’t say much for the rooms, food or staff. At dinner we ordered a potato and vegetable soup but it was just a bunch of soggy veg in a bowl of microwaved water and it only had one tiny chunk of potato in. Afterwards, I politely asked if I could settle my bill in the morning when I checked out. I was obviously in no way trying to get out of paying I just wanted to use the 200,000 idr that I had paid as a room deposit (which was a strange thing in itself) because I...
